Carl D. Robertson, O.D.Dr. Carl D. Robertson has been proudly serving the Fallon, Nevada community since 1993. With a deep commitment to personalized and compassionate eye care, he brings decades of experience and a strong family legacy in optometry—one that spans three generations, beginning with his grandfather, continuing with his father, two brothers, a nephew, and now two of his sons.
Dr. Robertson completed his undergraduate studies at Brigham Young University and earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the Southern California College of Optometry. His approach to care is shaped not only by his education and experience but also by a lifetime of service and connection to his community. |
He and his wife have raised five sons in Fallon, where they’ve been actively involved in church and youth programs. A longtime member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Dr. Robertson has dedicated many years to mentoring youth, including serving as a scoutmaster. When he’s not in the office, Dr. Robertson enjoys woodworking, camping, and traveling—pursuits that reflect his appreciation for craftsmanship, nature, and meaningful experiences.

GREGORY S. KOENIG, O.D.Dr. Gregory S. Koenig has lived in Fallon almost all of his life, attending grades K-12 here in town. He did his undergraduate work at both Ricks College and UNR before attending Optometry school at Pacific University outside of Portland, Oregon.
He graduated with his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1996 and couldn't wait to get back to Nevada to dry out from all the rain. After graduating, Dr. Koenig started his own practice here in Fallon, eventually merging with Dr. Robertson in 1998. Dr. Koenig and his wife, Terra, have three children (Kennedy, Baylee, and Davis) and nine grandchildren, all of whom live locally in Fallon. Their lives are often filled with joyous chaos. |
Dr. Koenig has been active in the community. He served twelve years on the Churchill County School Board followed by a stint as County Commissioner. He currently represents District 38 (from Fallon to Tonopah, including most of Lyon Count minus Dayton) in the Nevada State Assembly. Dr. Koenig was named the Nevada Optometrist of the year in 2024.
JEREMEY EINOWSKI, O.D.Dr. Jeremy Einowski joined Robertson and Koenig Optometry in 2019 after earning his Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry. Originally from the small farming town of Patterson, California, Dr. Einowski completed his undergraduate studies at California State University East Bay, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology in 2014.
Dr. Einowski is passionate about providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. His clinical interests include primary eye care, ocular disease management, and patient education. He takes pride in building strong relationships with his patients and ensuring they feel informed and comfortable throughout their visit. |
Outside the office, Dr. Einowski enjoys staying active through running, hiking, and paddle boarding. He also has a creative side and spends his free time playing guitar.
SPENCER A. ROBERTSON, O.D.Dr. Spencer Robertson is a Fallon native. He graduated from Churchill County High School, home of the Greenwave, in 2013. He then earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Utah Valley University before completing his Doctor of Optometry degree at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee, in May 2024.
During his optometric training, Dr. Robertson completed clinical rotations at a pediatric and vision therapy practice in Pleasant Grove, UT, the George E. Wahlen Veterans Affairs Medical Center, and the University of Utah’s Moran Eye Center in Salt Lake City. He developed a strong interest in fitting specialty contact lenses for patients with diseased or damaged eyes, pediatric eye care, and helping individuals of all ages achieve their best possible vision. |
Dr. Robertson is passionate about providing personalized, compassionate care and enjoys helping his patients feel comfortable and confident in their eye health. Outside the office, he and his wife, Calais, have been married since 2016 and love going on adventures with their children. Whether they’re hiking new trails or simply enjoying time outdoors, they cherish exploring the world together as a family.
davis koenig, O.D.Dr. Koenig was born and raised in Fallon, Nevada, graduating from CCHS. After earning his associate’s degree at Western Nevada College and his bachelor’s at BYU Idaho, he headed to Midwestern University in Phoenix, Arizona, for optometry school.
He received hands-on clinical training in ocular disease at Hua'pal Health Center, part of the Phoenix Area Indian Health Service, working with the Gila River and Navajo tribes. When he’s not helping people see better, Dr. Koenig enjoys getting his hands dirty in the yard, tinkering away in his woodshop, or chasing after his three kids (who keep him on his toes). He also likes to think of himself as a “jack-of-all-trades,” but his wife might tell you otherwise! |
